20 Rounds (40:00 CAP)

6 TnG Power Cleans (135/95)

6 Front Rack Reverse Lunges

6 Pull Ups

*Partners Will Alternate Full Rounds For 10 Total Each Partner. Use the Same Weight For Cleans/Lunges.

*Every Time A Barbell Set Of 6 TnG Power Cleans + 6 Reverse Lunges Isn’t Unbroken, Your Team Is Given A 10 Rep Synchronized Burpee Penalty. These Are To Be Done Together After You Complete The 20th Round. You Can Note Your Time After The 20 Rounds, And then again after The Burpees. If the time cap hits you STILL need to finish your Burpees…Don’t milk the Barbell weight because of this, challenge yourself!
