5 min run/jog/walk

10 Perfect Stretch

10 air squats w 3 sec pause at the bottom

10 plank head pass throughs

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 sets;

:20 second wall sit into 20 second max air squats

– rest 20 seconds

:20 second front plank into 20 seconds max mountain climbers

– rest 20 seconds

:20 second forward lunges into 20 seconds reverse lunges

– rest 20 seconds

:20 seconds hollow body hold into 20 seconds V-ups

– rest 20 seconds
