Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 rounds):
20 AKBS (53/35)
15 WBS (20/14)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
* Score = Each round for time.
Goal is intensity. Each round should be a sprint. Pick a weight / movement that you can do unbroken when fresh.
Aim to have at least 1 minute to rest each time. If not, consider scaling load/movements.
