* Work to heavy set of 5 for the day. All reps paused 1 second at bottom

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOM for as long as possible:

16 Double Unders

8 KB Snatches (53/35)

4 Handstand Push Ups

** 20 minute time cap **

Score = Total consecutive rounds completed in under 1 minute.

Choose scaling options that you can maintain for 5+ rounds.

If you can no longer maintain, you can stop WOD completely or take 1 round off and then start again until timecap.
