Even: 5-10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

Odd: 10 – 20 Alternating Pistol Squats

RX+: Muscle Ups (Bar or Ring)

Scaling Options:

Practice most difficult pull up progression you can. (strict, butterfly, kipping, negatives, holds)

Pistols to box/ball/bench, goblet squats, lunges

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

15 min AMRAP:

5-10-15-20-25-30….etc

Hand Release Push Ups (strict)

Ab Mat Sit Ups

** Complete 200m Run

between rounds
