6 DB Hang Power Cleans (3 per arm)

4 V-ups

2 Devil Lungester (1 per arm)

Rx = 55/35 (using only one DB)

* Devil Lungester = Devil Press + Lunge Right + Lunge Left + Thruster

* STIMULUS * EMBRACE THE SUCK… Pace and modify where needed.
