Heart – Plate G2OH (25)

Diamond – Leg Raises to Plate

Spade – Cal Row

Club – HR Push Ups

Joker – 400 Meter Run

Joker – 400 Meter Run
Everyone Draws from the same pile of cards-(1 deck per team plus 1 additional deck without jokers all shuffled together= example 3 decks with only 4 jokers ) – 20min for as many reps as possible

Jokers are 50 points
