Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

12 Kettlebell Swings

12 Box Jumps

12 AbMat Sit-Ups

12 Deadlifts

*Partner A completes as many reps as possible while partner B runs 200 Meters
