Grit Strength and Conditioning – Strength & Conditioning

Hang Power Clean (Hang power clean + hang squat clean + jerk)

Stand up with barbell first, then go into hang power clean. Without putting barbell down, lower to hang position and go into a hang squat clean. Then finish with a jerk – either push jerk or split jerk. Build for 10 minutes

Fight Gone Bad (3 Rounds for reps)

Three rounds of:

Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#

Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#

Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)

Push-press (Reps), 75#

Row (Calories)

1-minute rest
