Accumulate 4 mins total of planks……using either high Plank, low Plank or Side Planks

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Min AMRAP of each of the following sets, 90sec Rest between each set

1) 200 Jump Rope – Buy In

10 Russian Twist w Slam Ball

10 Slam Balls

2) 200 Meter Run Buy-In

12 Floor Presses

12 Goblet Squats

3) 300 Meter Row Buy-In

12 Wall Ball Plank- Knee to ball

12 Wall Ball side Tosses
