Hearts = Jump Rope (3x singles)

Diamonds = Ring Rows

Spades = PLate OH Lunges

Clubs = Slam Balls

First Joker = 150 Hollow Rocks

Second Joker = 50 OH Slam Ball Tosses (25each)

Ace = 12

Face Cards = 10
