As Many Cards As Possible in 15 Min or Partner whole deck For Time

Hearts = KB box step ups

Diamonds = Rowing

Spades = Pull Ups

Clubs = Floor Press

First Joker = 100 Air Squats(50 each)

Second Joker = 30 Burpees (15 each)

Ace = 12

Face Cards = 10
