Grit Strength and Conditioning – Women’s Boot Camp

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:

8 Kettlebell Swings

6 Box Jumps

3 Burpees

*Partner A completes one round while partner B a heavy dB or kb (44lbs or more) Weight can never touch the floor.
