if you can do 100 unbroken singles then you can try

5 x 10 bounding to ball or stringing doubles together

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP:

100 m Run

10 Wall Balls (14)

10 HR Push Ups
