Metcon (Time)

400 Meter Run with your partner ( one of you running backwards, switch as needed)

100 Meter OH slam Ball tosses (alternating)

20 KB SDHP (20 each)

10 Synchronized Burpees(meet on the floor)

300 Jump Rope (150 each)

10 synchronized Burpees

20 KB SDHP (20 each)

100 Meter OH slam ball tosses

400 Meter Run with your partner ( one of you running backwards)
