1 = 8 Push Press (95/65)
2 = 100 meter OH Slam Ball tosses (together)
3 = 12 Sit Ups
4 = 10 Cal Row/8 Cal Bike
5 = 15 DU (45 singles)
6 = Give Another Team 4 Devils press (2 ea person)
Once a team has received six sets of devils presses you may not give the team anymore. If all teams have received six your team must complete the reps.
