AMRAP 20
Dice of Death
1 = 10 Push Ups
2 = 10 Wall Balls
3 = Run 200 together
4 = 10 Cal Row/8 Cal Bike
5 = 10 Plate Raise Sit Ups
6 = Give 10 Burpees (5 each person)
If a team receives burpees 5 times you can no longer give that team burpees. If all teams have done 5 sets your team must complete the burpees.
