1000 m run

150 wall-ball shots, 20/14 lb. ball

800 m run

100 deadlifts, 155/105 lb.

600 m run

150 push-ups

Note: All runs done in 100 meter increments, relay style, You Go I Go! Partners split reps however desired and only one working at a time. Record time to log.
