Partners complete as many rounds in 20 minutes

30 Jump Rope each time

ascending reps by two of

sit ups

push ups

push press

*You Go I Go
Partner 1 will do 30 Jump Rope and then do 2 sit ups, 2 push ups and 2 push press. Then partner 2 will do 2 of each. Reps increase each full round.
