Partner WOD:

22 Min AMRAP:

Partner A does:

5 deadlifts (125/85)

5 hang clean

5 ab rollers

Partner B does:

Static Hold Deadlift (225/155)

then switch,

Row 250m each after every 2 rounds

*5 burpee penalty every time a partner drops the barbell to be cashed out by both athletes after the wod
