Partner 1 starts and does as many reps unbroken as they can. Then Partner 2 does as many reps unbroken as they can of that same movement. Once both partners have done as many unbroken reps as they can for the movement, the team must move on to the next movement. Continue until you have accumulated all of the reps of all of the movements.
