– Bench press for maximum reps 125/75

10 Shoulder-to-Overheads (105/75 lb)

10 Hanging Knees raises

Part 2

In the remaining time, AMRAP of:

Front Squats (105/75 lb)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Part 1

10 Rds

10 Sit ups

5 kb box step overs (20/16)(53/35)

Part 2

Max Ring Rows ( feet must be past the rings to begin)

Power Clean (5 mins to find a 1 Rep Max)
