Round 1: 15/12 Cal Row / SDHP (95/65)
Round 2: 12/10 Cal Bike / Push Press (95/65)
Round 3: 15/12 Cal Row / Sit Ups
Round 4: 12/10 Cal Bike / Hang Cleans (95/65)
Partner 1 rows or bikes while partner 2 gets as many reps as possible of movement. Switch after 1 completes row or bike. Move on to next movement after both have went.
