Diamonds = Sit Ups

Spades = Russian KB Swings (70/53)

Clubs = Wall Balls (20/14)

First Joker = 50 Cal Bike

Second Joker = 50 KB Box Step Overs (53/35)

Ace = 12

Face Cards = 10
