Roll The Dice (AMRAP – Reps)

Roll the Dice – 20 mins to roll as many points as possible ( count the numbers on the dice not reps)

1- Give Another Team 10 Calories to be done after the time is up.

2- 8 Push Press (95/65)

3- 10 Back-rack Barbell Box step ups (95/65)

4- 12 Slam Balls(25/20)

5- 20Du

6- 30 Med Ball Sit Ups Passes
