Split Jerk (Every 2 Min for 12 Minutes)

Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):

Split Jerk with 2-second Pause in Dip & 2-second Pause in Receiving

*Sets 1-2 = 1 rep @ 80% of 1-RM Split Jerk

*Sets 3-4 = 1 rep @ 85% of 1-RM Split Jerk

*Sets 5-6 = 1 rep @ 90%of 1-RM Split Jerk

Metcon (Time)

For time:

100 Double-Unders

30 Handstand Push-Ups

40 Push Presses (115/75 lb)

50 Air Squats

100 Double-Unders
