Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

12 Min AMRAP

3 Handstand Push-Ups

3 Toes to Bar

6 Handstand Push-Ups

6 Toes to Bar

9 Handstand Push-Ups

9 Toes to Bar

and so on, continuing to add 3 reps each round.
