Pick your poison- Accumulate as many POINTS as possible in 20mins:

-Double unders/single unders/jumping jacks: 1 point

-Air squats: 2 points

-Sit-ups: 2 points

-Push-ups: 2 points

-Lunges: 2 points

-Kettlebell swings: 3 points

-Burpees: 4 points
