As Many Cards As Possible in 15 Min or Partner whole deck For Time

Hearts = KB/DB Box Step Overs

Diamonds = DU(3x Singles)

Spades = Choice of Abs (Sit-Ups/Hollow Rocks/V-Ups)

Clubs = Push Press (Bar/KB/DB)

First Joker = 400 Meter Run

Second Joker = 20 Burpees

Ace = 12

Face Cards = 10
