At go, you will do 20 Slam Balls and then a 200 meter slam ball run, drop your slam ball at the 200 meter mark , run back do 20 KB swings and then do a 200 meter Farmers carry , run back do 20 sit-ups and then do a 200 meter run with your abmat. Repeat to the finish line! 30min cap
