10 Slamball Clusters (20) (sb/lunge/lunge)

20 Step-Ups (20)

10 V Ups

50 Ft Slamball Bear Crawl Push (20)

Home WOD

Warm up : 2 Rds

10 Burpees

10 Side Lunges

10 Plank Head Pass Throughs

15 Min AMRAP:

75 Jump Rope (50 Jumping Jacks if you dont have a rope)

25 Backpack Air Squats (use your kids book bag with all their books they brought home to work on)

25 Leg Raises with Backpack (on your back,hold the backpack up and do a straight leg raise to the backpack)

1 Min Plank
