Wod: 6 Stations – 1 Minute at each station – 4 Rounds -23 M Clock

#1: Slam Ball or Sandbag over the shoulders

#2: DB/KB Hang Clean & Press (switching at the 30sec mark)

#3: HR Push Ups

#4: DB/KB Side Crunches (switching at the 30sec mark)

#5: Ab Mat Situps

#6: Rest
