Snowman (Time)

In Teams of two

* Once you complete the movement, you may draw the next part of your snowman. you cannot move from one exercise

until all reps AND that part of the snowman has been drawn.

There are two scores to this workout, time finished, and best snowman

Base Snowball = 100 Dubs or 200 Singles

Body Snowball = 60 Calorie Row

Head Snowball = 50 Hollow Rocks

Hat = 30 pull ups

Eyes = 50 Hang Cleans (95/65)

nose = 40 syncronized airsquats

mouth = 50 slam balls (25/20)

pipe = 50 calorie bike

arms = 40 Push Press (95/65)

buttons = 20 snatches (95/65)

Scarf = 10 Down & Back Sandbag carries (150/75)

eyebrows = 50 Ab Rollers
