5K Run for Time

Parter 1 – 5K Run

Parter 2- AMRAP of

10 Box Jumps

15 Slam Balls (25/20)

20 Sit Ups

Partner 1 will begin with the run while partner 2 is working on amrap of the rest. Partners will pick if they wish to run in 800, 400 or 200 meter increments and switching places and picking up where they left off.
