Barbell Push Press (35)

Box Jumps (20)

*20 Partner Med Ball Sit-Ups

Only one partner works at a time, Partner A must finish the 21 push press before Partner B does 21 push press. Partner A must finish all the 21 box jumps before Partner B does 21 box jumps and so on. Sit-Ups are done together. The goal is to go unbroken.
