10 RKBS (53/35)

10 Burpees

15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

15 RKBS (53/35)

10 Burpees

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

20 RKBS (53/35)

10 Burpees

25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

25 RKBS (53/35)

…and so on

* Continue adding 5 reps to WBS & RKBS after every round. 10 Burpees between each round.
