Grit Strength and Conditioning – Strength & Conditioning

Deadlift

Deadlift (1 x 5 @ 50%)

Deadlift (1 x 5 @ 60%)

Deadlift (3 x 4 @ 70%)

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds (15:00 Clock):

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

10 Burpees over Bar

* Score = EACH round for time.

Each round should be a sprint. Any time left over is rest. You should have at least 90 seconds to rest each round. Scale as needed.
