Max Rep Toes to Bar

* Repeat for a total of 5 Rounds (5:00 Clock)

* This is a good chance to focus on quality movement.

* Score your best round

Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

Every 2:00 for 10 Rounds (20:00 Clock):

100m Sprint

Score = EACH round for time.

* Make sure you are completely warmed up before sprinting 100%.

* Sub row/bike sprints if unable to run.

Accessory Work

If time allows after WOD, work on goal work
