1. Wall OHS: Wall Squat with red band overhead
Ankle, knee and shoulder/thoracic spine mobility.
2. Single arm KB bench in Hollow Hold: Hold hollow position and do 5 single arm bench presses each arm
Midline shoulder stability.
3.Lateral bench foot taps: Starting with 1 foot on the bench, hop to the next foot on the bench. Work up to 20 reps
Increases overall athleticism.
