Front Squat (1 x 3 @ 70%)

Front Squat (1 x 2 @ 80%)

Front Squat (4 x 1 @ 90%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 3 Minutes:

9 Power Cleans (105/75)

9 Burpees Over Bar
**Rest 90 sec between each AMRAP

7 Front Squats (105/75)

7 Burpees Over Bar

5 Squat Cleans (105/75)

5 Burpees Over Bar
