Pull-ups (3 x 8-10reps)

choose a method that allows you to complete a minimum of 8 pull-ups per set.

Banded or strict

Superset with 30 sec low plank hold or handstand hold

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Death By –

sit ups and slam balls

*No Time Cap
If you fail before 15min continue with a number you can complete until the last is finished. If you make 15min you can stop.
