Build to a heavy single over 5-7 sets

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:

2-4-6-8-10-12….etc.

Power Clean (135/95)

V ups

* 5 push ups Between Rounds *
