EMOM for as long as possible:
5 Toes to Bar
5 Burpee Over Bar
5 Push Jerk (135/95)
* Score = Number of consecutive rounds finished in under 60 seconds.
* 15 minute time cap (Perfect score = 15)
* Don’t use rack for jerks
If you can no longer maintain, you can either scale load, scale reps (4,4,4 or 3,3,3, or 2,2,2) or go every other minute on the minute until time cap is up.
