Push Press (1 x 6 @ 65%)

Push Press (1 x 4 @ 75%)

Push Press (1 x 2 @ 85%)

Push Press (4 x 1 @ 90%+)

Complete 4 sets of 1. Start at 90% and then add weight each of the 4 sets, if able. Record heaviest single.
