Hang Power Clean (Build to heavy single)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOM for 20 Minutes:

5 Box Jumps (24/20)

3 Deadlifts (155/105)

1 Hang Power Clean (155/105)

Goal = Complete work in under 1 minute for full 20 minutes.

Score = Total consecutive rounds completed in under 1 minute (Perfect score = 20)

If you can no longer maintain, scale load or movements or complete every other round.
