Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 8 minutes for 32 minutes (4 Rounds):

200m Run

30 RKBS (70/53)

20 Burpees

1 Rope Climb

200m Run

* Score = Each round for time.

* Remaining time is rest. Each round should be max effort.

* Scale as needed to have some rest between rounds.
