1 Min each station for max reps….. 1 Min Rest between stations. Everyone will begin with Burpees and end with the 400 Meter Run. All other movements can be done in the order of your own choosing.

** and please record all scores so the next time we have a Pop Quiz you’ll have an idea of how you did!

Burpees

Burpees must be completed first.

Air Squats (Max reps to Wall Ball)

Pull-ups

Push-ups

Box Jumps

Sit-ups

Kettlebell Swings

400m Run (Time)

Max Effort 400m Run
Run Must Be Completed Last
