Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Jerk (Work to heavy complex)
* Start at 50-60% and build to heavy complex for the day.
* Jerk can be push or split.
7 Rounds for Time:
7 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
7 Front Squats (95/65)
7 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
* Each time the bar touches the ground (even between rounds), stop and complete 10 Burpees
Scale to 5 rounds instead
