Turkish Get Up

Turkish Get Up (3 x 6 each arm)

Use a kettlebell that you can hold with your arms straight and locked out the entire time. Focus on form!

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 AMRAP:

3 Snatch (135/95)

6 Handstand Push Ups

9 Pull Ups

* Snatch can be power or squat

Scaling Options:

Snatch (95/65)

Box HSPU, Seated KB Press or Wall Walks (2)

Ring Rows / Banded Pull Ups
