Partners complete 5 rounds for time of:

24 cal Assault bike

24 bench press, 155/105 lb.

Rest 5 minutes then

Partners complete 5 rounds of:

24 cal row

24 dumbbell front squats, 50/35’s

Note: Partners split reps however desired, one partner working at a time. Record time to log.
